The segment featured Tiangong Ultra<\/strong>, a humanoid robot that made headlines during the World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing, China<\/strong>, after completing the 100-meter sprint in 9.39 seconds<\/strong>, surpassing the 9.58-second world record of legendary Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt. The competition brought together more than 2,000 robots<\/strong> competing in various sporting events, including sprinting, sparring, football, and scenario-based contests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Specialization of Robots vs. Human Versatility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Discussing the impressive performance of humanoid robots, Mr. Ong explained that some robots are specifically designed and optimized to excel in particular areas. Their capabilities are therefore closely tied to the tasks for which they are developed and trained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In contrast, Mr. Ong highlighted the versatility and adaptability of humans<\/strong>, particularly in performing a wide range of everyday tasks and responding to different situations.
